Verksamt.se is a collaborative initiative between several Swedish government agencies.
At verksamt.se, the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) and the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket) have gathered and structured information and services of value to people who are considering starting, are in the process of starting, are already running or who wish to develop or close a company in Sweden.

On the website of the Swedish Tax Agency, information is provided regarding taxes and registering a business for tax purposes. The Swedish Tax Agency also offers brochures with information about running a business in Sweden.
